Preview, TV schedules, and live streaming info for the Euro 2024 Playoff Finals live on March 26, 2024

The Euro 2024 playoff finals are here! Three matches are set to be played on Tuesday, March 26 to decide the final three participants in this summer's European Championship, with Wales, Poland, Ukraine, Iceland, Georgia, and Greece all vying for a spot.

All six nations reached this stage after winning a previous fixture in their Path, the brackets for the 12 teams that initially entered the playoffs. There are only three Paths in the Euro 2024 qualifying playoffs, which kicked off with a semifinal round that was held on Thursday, March 21. Each of the three Paths consists of its own final, with the winner of each final making the tournament proper.

These fixtures will be held over one leg and will be hosted by one of the two countries in each final. Here is everything you need to know about the three remaining fixtures.

Preview

Path A Final: Wales vs. Poland

Two 2022 FIFA World Cup participants face off in the Path A final, with either Wales, the Euro 2016 underdogs, or Robert Lewandowski's Poland set to miss Euro 2024. Cardiff City Stadium will be the venue for this showdown, which gives the edge to the Dragons but expect this to be a tightly-contested affair.

Both teams finished third in their respective qualifying groups, with Wales coming behind Turkey and Croatia while the Polish missed out on automatic qualification to Albania and the Czech Republic. The visitors booked their ticket to the Path A final via a 5-1 victory over Estonia while Rob Page's men triumphed over Finland by a similar score line.

The head-to-head record reads horribly for the home side, winning only once while losing seven in nine encounters with Poland. A spot in Group D alongside France, the Netherlands, and Austria awaits the winner of this playoff, and while that will be a grueling test, neither nation will want to miss out on this summer's European Championship.

Path B Final: Ukraine vs. Iceland

Nearly two years after coming achingly close to qualifying for the 2022 FIFA World Cup via the playoffs despite the invasion of their home country, Ukraine find themselves in a similar spot, this time battling Iceland for a ticket to Euro 2024. A slot alongside Belgium, Slovakia, and Romania in Group E awaits the winner of this tie, scheduled to take place at the Wrocław Stadium in Poland.

Ukraine narrowly missed out on automatic qualification, finishing level on points with Italy in Group C (14 each) but one rank below due to their inferior head-to-head record. Iceland, on the flip side, came fourth in Group J behind Portugal, Slovakia, and Luxembourg. However, the Nordic nation thrashed Israel 4-1 on the road to making the Path B final while Zinchenko and Co. edged past Bosnia and Herzegovina 2-1.

While both nations enter this tie with five wins each in their last 10 outings, Ukraine have suffered only two defeats during that period, which betters Åge Hareide's side's run. Will Iceland add a third defeat to this record? Don't miss this match.

Path C Final: Georgia vs. Greece

Will highly-rated Napoli attacker Khvicha Kvaratskhelia lead his nation to qualify for the European Championship for the first time in history? This is the question on everyone's mind as Georgia prepare to face Greece in an interesting playoff showdown, with the winner set to join Portugal, Turkey, and the Czech Republic in Group F of Euro 2024.

Kvaratskhelia and Co. boast the home advantage and enter this tie on the back of their 2-0 victory over Luxembourg, a game their Napoli star missed through suspension. Additionally, Georgia have won three of their last five fixtures, meaning form favors the home side.

On the other hand, Greece outperformed their opponent, finishing third in their group with a five-point disadvantage over the Netherlands. The Euro 2004 champions also won the last time these two nations met in 2021, triumphing 2-0. Will Gus Poyet's side pull off a repeat?
