It will not be the usual week for Major League Soccer fans, as there will be double the fun and excitement to watch this week. Luckily for those who have subscribed to MLS Season Pass, the platform will provide comprehensive coverage of the full list of matches being held on Saturday, Sunday, and on Wednesday.
The platform will include all fourteen games being played during the weekend, and to make things even more interesting, the streaming service powered by Apple TV will also feature the midweek matches taking place in the North American league being held on Wednesday.
This weekend, things will get going on Saturday with six games during the first timeslot, starting with Lionel Messi's CF Montreal vs Inter Miami, where the Herons will try to get even after being defeated by the Canadian side back in March. The next game to keep an eye on will be Columbus Crew vs Cincinnati FC, one of the games that have started to see a rivalry grow between two possible title contenders in the Eastern Conference. The last game of the evening will also feature two title contenders, this time from the Western Conference: LA Galaxy vs Real Salt Lake. The hosts are three points behind RSL, and a win here could surely give them the top spot in the conference or a good chance to do so in coming weeks.
On Sunday, the Pacific Northwest will witness the top rivalry in MLS: Portland Timbers vs Seattle Sounders. As things stand, none of the clubs involved in this clash have enjoyed the best possible start, which means that the winner could see their fortunes turning around in the event of a win.
