Top Serie A games to watch on matchday six

Milan vs Lecce: Fresh off a huge and confidence boosting win in last weekend's Derby della Madonnina, Milan will look to make it three wins on the trot in Serie A when they host Lecce this weekend. Paulo Fonesca's team rebounded quite well following a humbling 3-1 loss to Liverpool in the Champions League to successfully battle to a vital 2-1 win against Inter, and now will be the heavy favorites to pick up another crucial three points when Lecce come to the Stadio San Siro on Friday.

As for Lecce, they presently find themselves narrowly hovering above the drop zone. The visitors have won just one game so far this season and very well could find themselves falling into the relegation zone depending on how other matches go for fellow strugglers such as Venezia, Monza, and Cagliari this round.

Udinese vs Inter: Udinese suffered their first loss of the season as they were thrashed 3-0 by Roma last time out. That now sees the Zebrette, who briefly were on top of the table, slide down to third spot, but they certainly could rebound should they be able to get a good result against their upcoming opponents. However, Inter will not make things easy. Simone Inzaghi's squad also come into this match having lost their first match of the nascent Serie A campaign after being beaten 2-1 by Milan in last weekend's Milan Derby.

Udinese's record against Inter isn't the best, to say the least. The Zebrette have lost six of their last seven meetings against the Nerazzurri in Serie A, with their last success being more than two years ago. That being said, Kosta Runjaic's team are unbeaten in all four of their home ties this season - so could they shake off their frustrating hoodoo against Inter and frustrate their opponents this weekend?

Genoa vs Juventus: Both Genoa and Juventus will have their respective reasons for seeking a morale boosting win when the two sides square off on Saturday. The Grifone presently find themselves sitting in 16th spot, with their five points narrowly keeping them just outside the drop zone. Juventus, for their part, started the season off well, but now come into Saturday's game in a bit of a rut following three consecutive draws to Roma, Empoli, and Napoli.

Although La Vecchia Signora did not concede a goal in any of those aforementioned three games, they weren't able to score either. Overall, Thiago Motta's troops are still unbeaten in Serie A this season, and sit in fourth spot, only two points away from the table's summit heading into matchday six. Nonetheless, there will  be hope that following a resounding 3-1 win over PSV in the Champions League that the Bianconeri can find their shooting boots in Serie A to start picking up some necessary wins.
