WATCH: Dybala bursts out in tears after last home match for Juventus

It is never easy to leave a club where you have become a prominent name in the world of football, and that may be the reason for Paulo Dybala's final moments at Allianz Stadium playing for Juventus.

The Argentine player is set to leave the bianconeri after seven seasons with the club, where he claimed twelve titles across all competitions. With that in mind and with his future still to be sorted out, the player waved goodbye to the team's fans in Juventus' final home game of the season against Lazio, which concluded in a 2-2 draw.

Dybala, who scored 15 goals across all competitions for "La Vecchia Signora", was unable to hold back his tears as the final whistle was blown. Then, the player got to the center of the pitch, where he waved goodbye to the team's supporters who gave him a standing ovation on his way out of the team's grounds.
